Co2 Ladder Not Diffusing Bubbles Properly

hello setup my dennerle pressuriesed co2 yesterday and going well apart from my diffuser ladder isnt diffusig the co2 properly. the bubbles dont rise up the ladder smoothly, constantly stopping and starting and when the reach the end the bubbles are still very big so the bubbbles build up in the catcher at the end before they finally overflow. Any help please im not sure if i said this too clearly but hope someone can help cheers.

oh ok. well i was thinking of getting the bio line exclusive, and it has a a mini flipper or bubble ladder as it is known, so i am really interested how this turns out. if anyone else replies with help.

if its a new set up it will take a while for the bubbles to climb the ladder smoothly. normally withing a couple of days

personally though i would buy a cheap diffusor off ebay for around a fiver

sorry to rob the thread but is a co2 diffuser better than a ladder? Im having same problem with my ladder aswell lol

so u recommend getting something like this? 370083417520 (item nuber) what does the diameter mean?? because some have a larger diameter and some smaller? is it to do with bigger tanks need bigger diameters to let more bubbles thorugh or not? what one do u recommend for a 120l tank? thanks.

Like Ian H said it can take a few days for the bubbles to run smoothly.
Is the ladder standing upright?
What is the pressure of the Co2 going into the ladder?
If you have any other problems with the ladder please post.

Hoddy, the questions above are addressed to you as well m8.
Plus when did you put your Co2 kit in to the tank?

HODDY: someone on another forum worked out that a bubble ladder dissolved 98% of the CO2 bubbles produced, i can PM you the link if you want?
