Co2 Infusion

I was going to set up my co2 kit and kinda snapped the ladder part in two (Doh)...

Can i put the pipe from the unit into the inlet of the filter or should i put it in the outlet?

Its only a sugar/yeast reaction one but some co2 is better than no co2..

Im hoping soon to get a regulator so i can use the fire exstinguisher method then i will put the pipe into the outlet side.

i thought they were pretty strong & sturdy lol!
running it through the filter will be fine.
