Do you have 2 canisters, both with 1tsp?

If so then there is your problem. Really you shoul split the yeast between the reactors, ie 1/2 tsp in each.

I think that's the plan, the root problem was my wildly inaccurate drop checker soloution which utilised an orange reagent not blue, so I guess it was undereading but I took it for accurate and so I boosted the CO2 to get green.

Good job I've got a proper checker now !!!.

Not that the fish seemed bothered, might explain the elusive shrimp though !!!.

Mine came with a small bottle of something that stained my hands horribly lol. Not sure what it was, was in chinese lol

How often do you guys change the solution in your drop checker?

I change mine at each weekly water change.
