thanks shibby, im afraid to try it rite now hopefully i can get a few more opinions not to say any of you are wrong just to feel safe i dont want to throw something in and hope that one person is rite even though i hope he is lol i have found that alot of ppl say never put a flame angel in with coral but i have that and so far nothing, but i dont want to take another chance like that and hope it works so im going to wait for more opinions just to feel safe

yeh you can never get too many opinions, ive just started out so im not sure wether clowns can live with other pairs ... but im sure there are people who have tried it :p
best thing to do is loadsa reasearch on the matter, see what other people have experianced trying it!

yeah like i said i read on a site that sells fish and it talked about quit often of this site and they say its no problem mixing different types of species together but i always thought differently, no im curious cause i would love some more clowns in there

if you stocked a tank with just clownfish and put in a lot of them in (say like 20 in like a 120gallon) would the aggresion be split between them all?

Yeah, this can be done. There might be a couple mortalities if there are more than one mature females or males in the system, but yes, many clowns can live together kinda like a chiclid tank.

bambam, in a 65 you might be able to have multiple clownfish pairs. I would NOT mix 2 ocellaris (your current ones) with perculas, they're really closely related. You could try clarkiis though. If you do this, re-aquascape when you add the clarkiis and add them just before lights out to minimize aggression.

thanks ski i will try that for sure, i'll let you know what happens going to try and get some this weekend

Agreed, they would form their own territories then leave eachother alone (for the most part).
