Clown Loaches Vs Striped Raphael Catfish

hi i currently have 5 tiger barbs, 5 green tiger barbs and 2 clown loaches in my 180l tank. i am looking to but either another 2 clown loaches or a Striped Raphael Catfish. which would you choose and which offers the greatest benifits to my tank?

I can't speak for the catfish as I don't know anything about them but certainly not the clown loaches as the tank isn't big enough for the 2 you currently have let alone another two.
