Clown Loach Acting Weird

Sadly he passed away shortly after this post..

Tank size: 48L
pH: 7.4
ammonia: (unknown due to no test kit)
nitrite: 0
nitrate: 0
kH: 10d
gH: 4d
tank temp: 26C

Fish Symptoms (include full description including lesion, color, location, fish behavior):
The colour of the fish has dulled, seems to be twitching.

Volume and Frequency of water changes: going to be doing a 50% one on Sunday

Chemical Additives or Media in your tank: added Interpet General Tonic 6 days ago

Tank inhabitants:
4 Guppys
1 rummy-nose
1 zebra danio
2 mollys
1 Male swordtail

Recent additions to your tank (living or decoration):
None

Exposure to chemicals:
None

He looks to have whiteish patches on his black parts, but could this be due to "dulling out"?
Update: He seems to be acting pretty dead-like, his gills are still moving so he is breathing.
 
Is he on his own because I know clown loaches are social and like to be in schools and they do not thrive well or last long on their own and 48l is much to small for clown loaches, as nelly pointed out it may have internal parasites.

i can move it with a net and it not to respond
but he does still slightly move around still
