Cloudy Water

Hi there we have had our tank set up for 2 weeks now we have a Aqua One external filter CF-1000, we have fish in the tank but for some reason the water in the tank is still cloudy, not sure if we have the filter set up right has anyone got any suggestions please.

Did you rinse the flters good before you installed them? If you did then maybe try something that will help clear up the water. They make a chemical to add to the water to help it clear up. I have a 55 that always seems to be cloudy after a water change and cleaning.
