My albino denison barb swims low ,no sim bladder swims around usually in the same area though has cloudy eyes and still eats but does not mix with the other denisons could any1 give me their opinion of what could be wrong

Members will need more data...tank size, fish numbers (& other species), parameters, how long you've had this fish. And a photo if possible, or a video. Symptoms for several problems can be much the same, hence the need for data.

6 other denisons, 2 angel fish 2 rams 5 corys , 3ft by 1.5 ft 190 litre tank, iv had it 3 weeks but its so off ill put a pic up now but itll be hard to see his eye

Were the six Denison Barbs added together, at the same time, or was this one added two weeks ago after you had the others in the tank for longer? Are they all albinos? I'm asking this because the damage could have been inflicted by another fish.

Seperate adding times. theirs another albino same batch but i brought that 1 before and hes grown bigger and is fine. Theirs also 2 normal denisons smaller than him and they are fine too. If its damage because of the fish would that heal ? And hes just ate blood worm then fine.

It's good the fish is eating, but that would be usual for many (but not all) "issues." There is something wrong with the right side eye, it may be damage from fish, or it may be a health issue. I never guess on health issues, so hopefully other members will have some advice.

There are some essential needs for this species, and I would not at all be surprised if this was not at the bottom of this. The fish will attain 6 inches/15 cm, so it needs a 4-foot/120cm long tank minimum as it grows. Following is from my profile of the fish.

Compatibility/Temperament: Generally peaceful, but should not be kept with smaller fish that will likely be seen as food. It's water flow and cooler temperatures limit suitable tankmates to medium-sized barbs and danios, loaches, Garra and Devario species. Must be kept in a group, minimum 8; reports of aggressive behaviour are likely due to the fish not being maintained in a sizeable group.

Substrate is sand and its 25 degrees the tank size will be upgraded iv moved ornaments to the center so they can go around the tabk with ease. The tanknis quite big tbh. For now
