Cloning Cycle From A 32 Gallon To A 75 Gallon?

I have a Atman 1000 Cf filter in my 32 gallon along with a fair amount of plants and gravel and assorted fish.
I want to do a Cloning Cycle by moving EVERYTHING from my 32 g to my 75 G will this work??
I did this from a 10 gallon to the 32 gallon and it didn't work however the filter only had a small sponge filter media while this internal Atman filter has Three largish sponges and the Gravel would have some nice bacteria.
I have Stress Zyme in the new tank also.

Will this cloning cycle work unlike my previous one.

Ahh, so your finally getting that 75 gallon!

I see no problem with your strategy. Monitor nitrogenous compound levels (ie, ammonia, nitrite, nitrate) while the tank is stabilizing, and wait a few weeks before adding new fish.
