Cleaning Fish

I currently have one sucker catfish. I am looking to get some bottom feeders and would like some recommendations.

The tank is a 120L, gravel substrate.

3 platy
4 guppy
6 tetra
2 angels
1 catfish

Don't expect bottom fish to do any cleaning for you. They are called bottom fish because they live and eat on the bottom (so must have sinking foods), not because they clean anything.

1m 2f bristlenose plecos or any other small plecos in that combination are a good option, assuming your existing pleco is one of the three. 6-8 Corys or dwarf chain loaches would also work as an alternative, but they both prefer sand and I would only keep them on sand.

Maybe you should look into getting shrimp or snails, they're the things that will really clean the tank. Do some research and see what you think. Just be careful when medicating the tank, the copper found in many medicines will kill invertibrates. Also shrimp should be bigger than the mouths of the angelfish.
