Cleaning Filter Tubes

I've been racking my brain and asking family members for a way of cleaning the tubes on my eheim filter, I'm guessing a bit og cloth on the end of some string but what can I use as a weight as it has a couple of bends and the tube is very narrow?
Any ideas/ help would be greatly appreciated.

A baby bottle brush, you can get them on long wire handles.

I used to stuff a piece of paper towel in there (not too tight) and hold it under the faucet. The water pressure would push it through.
