Cichlids Swimming At Top

hi, all of a sudden my cichlids are swimming at the top of the tanl now, i don't know whats wrong... i change the water every week, i done the api freshwater tests todays, got perfect reading. Please help, thanks

maybe temp is too high and they are gasping for O2 at the top. just a thought if it is not from bad water. if thats the case, lower temp and add an airstone for a few hours.
