Cichlid With Cut

My mother has a cichlid tank. We noticed the largest cichlid had a cut between it's eyes. It's white and seems to only have gotten bigger.

What should we do?

Can you post a pic for us to look at?, for any cuts I would use melafix, treats everything bar white spot
