Cichlid Salt

Hi, i just wanted to know if its a good idea to use Cichlid Salts in my Malawi tank. Maybe Tropic Marin Pro Cichlid Mineral salt? Is it neccessary? Anyone here using it? Thanks

I use cichlid salt (seachem)
I have some wild caught fish in my mbuna set up and my aim is to recreate their natural water conditions. So I use the salt to add in the necessary trace elements etc
I personally feel that it is not that necessary with tank bred fish IMO
