Hi guys. I got a question to ask yous i need your opinions.

I have a 10gal aquarium runing for months now with balloon mollies, platies, Gold dust mollies. Most of these fish are fry about 1inch and less in size. I also have a Mystery Snail who is large hehe. There are 8 in total fish. Soon i will be getting rid of all of them but i'd like to keep the snail and 3 balloon's. Now the question starts lol..

Can i keep two cichlid's that are 3inch MAX growth in with the 3 balloon mollies and snail, or will there be a problem??

i'm not sure if they are dwarf chicilds a friend of mines her fish gave eggs and she had over 60 fry survive. she told me they are about 3 inches full grown, they are stripped in black. she also told me they grow to the size of tank not sure what that means.

no fish will grow to the size of the tank, it is pure myth, what species are they?

i'am not sure. she just told me they are stripped black like a zebra, grow 3 inches.

i didn't see them, i'll ask her.

ye I'm guessing convict too and these are nasty fish and will kill most other fish esp when breeding.....

ooooo, i'm waiting for her email response it may take some times.

I don't know if that was the best idea. I'm not sure how much room cichlids like but I know that mollies like their space. Maybe a 20 gallon would be better.

O alright
I don't know then. It's really your opinion on the safety of the fish.

a couple of fry will be ok, but from 2" they can start breeding and very very nasty over the area.
Mollies would not put up with that in a small tank sorry

okay, so i have to get rid of everything if i want a pair lol.
