My plec got me the other day too, its certainly a shock when you feel it.

Sounds like they're starting to make a few mistakes now they're becoming a bigger company. I know you had the same problem with keiths tank.

Tell them you want the tropical light aswell as compensation and a good will gesture for the mistakes.

ok well here are a couple of bad phone pics of the new tank minus the hood still as ive not had chance to sort it yet ive just done a big water change as i had an ammonia spike due to removing the sponges from the other filters i used so i could sell them. thought i would get away with it but obviously not

all the fish are in there honest.......

as we speak the LED light has just made a funny noise and no longer works its only been on 10 minutes i guess ill be ringing ND tomorrow anyway for a replacement. not sure which light i prefered though

ah well got a good response from rena today after i emailed them regarding the 2 smart heaters that went a bit mad on me

ive sent an email to arcadia to see if they can send out a new driver for the LED lamp as the light itself works in Keiths tank using his driver......

ill just wait for a response now, lets hope its a good one

arcadia are sending me out a new power pack for my LED light should be here next week

thats that problem sorted now just got to wait for ND's reply about the hood. ive told them that i can cut it to make fit but as this is the second tank ive had from them and both hoods have arrived and didnt fit my FX5's so im not best pleased with the service. especially after making sure they understood on the phone for the second tank
