Wouldnt touch the PS3 with a barge pole, seem 2 of the dev systems melt under average usage, not even what id class as hard core use. Priced out of the market £500 (hahaha) and Blueray isnt matching up to HD DVD so atm....its be a 360 + Wii or a HUGE fish tank

£500 will get a 400 litre Juwel tank or a 7ft custom made tank with delivery.

Got to be a ridiculously big fish tank and set up a marine tank for me. Would be awesome.

Xbox 360 are better anyway and can get em for £200 off ebay now 2nd hand with 5 games.

I'm getting both. PS3 from parents and by Christmas time I'll have enough money from work to buy cabinets to bolt together and level out to use as a stand and construct my monster 8'x4'x2' future reef tank out of the low-iron glass I just bought last week. I was hoping to go 30" high but it was gonna cost way too much extra. Hopefully I'll (or someone will) get a camera for Christmas too so I can show you guys the progress.

I too would rather have the Wii than the PS3. But if I can get my hubby to make the fish tank stand I designed, that would be awesome!
