been trying to decide on the community of fish i will end up stocking a 4ft 240l tank with currently it stands at 1 red tail black shark ( placid) 4 cory julii and a plecco ( marked up as red spotted plec in lfs) and 2 kribensis. i deffinately want 2 more kribs been looking at the likes of keyhole cichlids bolivian rams etc a few other dwarf cichlids. all of which seem quite appealing

but is there anything else im not thinking of i can check out? im after something af a reasonable size preferably nice and colourful too

yeah i have to say those tbars look nice what are the like for diggin up plants?

so is it ok to have a single severum as opposed to a pair?

yes severums are fine on there own

thats cool as i have seen some stunning red severums in a lfs near me dont know if id want a pair of fish that big in a 4ft only tease is my current tank is only 3ft and already maxed i rekon stockwise. so i cant even buy 1 with the new tank in mind as would be in crowded tank for about 2 months. just have to hope they either dont sell em all or they get more in !

the plan for the 4ft is to have kribs and the like then have 1 nice red severum as a centrepiece
