this is a very stupid question but when i add new water after changing my aquarium water, small bubbles stick to every possible surface in my aquarium!!
is this dissolved oxygen or is this chlorine??

it is caused by a difference in water going into the tank, compared to the water in the tank, and usually occurs when cooler water is added to a warm tank. It is not chlorine and it could be oxygen or any other gas.
You might get a better response if you post this in the scientific section :)

Water is under a lot of pressure in your water pipes in your house, and when it comes out, the oxygen that was compressed now has less pressure on it and expands causing a bunch of little bubbles that like attach to everything.

I dont normally get this because I stand the water due to go into the tank in a dedicated bcket for a day or two before the water change. On the odd occasion I havent done this I get the bubbles described.
