Cherry shrimp breeding?

I'm not sure about the care difference but blue velvets will be in higher demand for breeding
 
Blue velvet are Neocaridina davidi; they are the same species as red cherries. They have the same requirements. However, blue velvet (and all colours except red cherry) have been selectively bred from red cherries, which were selectively bred from wild cherries. In most cases, the more selectively bred a creature, the more delicate it is. So not only are blue velvet more expensive they are also more delicate.
