Agreed with above a lot of the fish are not going to work I would forget the Geos, you need at least 4, they are gregarious fish as Sawick said Geo Redheads are one of the smallest but the other smallest is Geo Pindare but still too big for a group in a 55. You could look at a group of Cupid Cichlids or a group of Guianacaras which are Geophagus relatives but stay smaller. I have a group of Cupids in my tank and they are great
Again the Festivums are a gregarious cichlid (though less vitally than the Geos) you would want a group of 5-6 of these though you could let one pair form and keep them and rehome th other 4. With th Apistos depending on what you get you could do 1 male with 3 females in there but I think its a choice between the Cupids/ Guianacaras and the Apistos. Or you could choose between the Guianacaras and Festivums.
Basically if you look at your list you could choose between four species to try and reach the type of tank you want to achieve.
Totally agree with above also on the BGK, personally I would go so far as to say 180g as a minimum they are a massive fish when adult.
With cories more is always better
So I would look at 10-12.
And lastly you also want a schooling fish in there to keep the cichlids calm - again a school of 10-12 fish.
I would consider this as an idea maybe?
2 Festivums
6 Cupid Cichlids
12 Lemon Tetras
12 Corys (most species will work but stick to all the same species)
If you wanted some odd balls what about whiptail catfish, spoon whiptails are pretty cool
Or you could look at a trio of spotted headstanders in the tank?
