Cfl Or Incandescent?

For my 30 gallon I just realized that my fixture I bought can support up to two 25w bulbs. All my other tanks i'm using regular florescent bulbs so I know nothing about these two. The bulbs I currently have I think are only 10w each, so I had gotten java ferns to grow in a low light setup. Will they still be okay if I add two 25w bulbs? Are there some other plants I should be able to grow now?

With 2-25 watt cfl you should be able to keep swords, crypts, anubias, Hygrophillia and vallisineria, just to name a few. What size aquarium is it.
