Center Piece

I have a 20 us gallon tank with barbs, tetras, and platies. All these fish look cool in groups but they are small. I was wondering what I could get that is bigger and brighter to add some flair to the tank. The kind f fish that makes your friends say, "Wow, That's a really cool fish." what am I looking for?

feel free to post the stars of your tanks hear. The fish that really steals the show. The main attraction. LIke the center piece of a fancy table at a resturaunt.

They're not the biggest, and not necessarily a centerpiece, but the bolivian rams in mt 75 gallon really steal the show.

Apistogrammas are nice as a pair, but need to ensure they are compatible with other fish.

TBH, in a 20g, you can't really have anything "big." Even barbs are pushing it in a 20g if you want to keep them happy. I would suggest a shoal some kind of tetra.
