sorry no pics as they are so small (max about 2 mm)

2 are free swimming and 2 are clinging to the net will be taking all the water out of my nano(2.5 gallon) and replace it with tank water for them

Congrats on the new arrivals! :good:

2mm long, thats really is a microrasbora. You must have better eye sight than me. :)

Congratualtions!

Are the adults in the 45 gallon tank? I have some in an 8 gallon and so far all I've seen is lots of mating rituals and later fish going mental in the java moss, hunting for eggs.

Congrats! It must be such a good feeling to see the little guys swimming around!

I've got a grope of 10 I'm fattening up and gonna breed soon.

Friend with 3 pairs in the last month has has 15 fry now, they seam to produce 2-5 fry every week, so these seam to be a strange fish producing very few eggs but the fry are being reared with the adults and no problems, were using micro eel's as a first food and then brine shrimp.

fry that are 4-5 weeks are still only 8mm but look like nice small fish

thanks everyone

wouldnt normally post about this but was really happy at the time

when the fry get a bit bigger i will be swapping them (hopefully) to re breed as tank breed adults

then wheni have enough i will be putting them into the 45 planted tank

thanks for the comments
