Cardinal Tetra Issue...

One of my 50 cardinal tetras has a white lump on it. Noticed it yesterday. All the others are fine. It does not look like white spot, but more a lump

Any idea what it is? Its above, but slightly behind its head.... before its dorsal(?) fin.

Should i remove it? Is it contagious....

No photo, there are 50 of them, they are cardinals! No way I'd manage haha.
Water is fine. You say 'just'... That mean there is no need to worry?

Only that it is common.. the exact cause could be reason to worry. For example, it could be a serious bacterial infection or just a sore from a scratch.

is it likely to be a problem if after two day no other fish are fine? it too is swimming about fine!

Can you describe it in more detail? Or try to find a photo match online?

It looks like a pimple, but a smooth rounded one. It is clear in colour, almost transparent like the underside of a cardinal.

Cant find any photos similar when i type in ulcer into google images
