Corys can cope with a medicinal shot, but I would be wary of using it with them as their body is not up to salt being in the water.
Best way is to raise the temp (this only increases the lfie cycle of Ich making other medicines work faster - doing it on its own is just going to accellerate an outbreak) and add a medication, often at half dose for the more sensitive fish.
In extreme cases the big gun of UV sterilisation works fantastically (but can seem costly on a small tank).
Also, remember you have to carry on medicating until you have seen no sign of Ich for at least a week to be on the safe side.
