can anyone find the thread 'water changes during fishless cycling'

the one that shows it is a good thing? i think it was by bignose

i have done one change during my fishless cycle and it benefitted the cycle greatly, buy removing high levels of nitrite to allow the Nbacs to develop

Had a browse cant find it, although I do know that large water changes in fishless cycling is a good thing, particularly when you have nitrItes off the chart, it helps to bring them down to reasonable levels to help the Nbacs cope with the amounts.
