sorry to hear of your dilema, but surely it would be a better idea to do the best for the fish you have than to start worrying about going marine..which is a lot more expensive

ebay or craigslist are your best bet or an advert at the local store maybe? maybe even ask your dad to go to the dump and see if there are any there,at least if there is a problem it was free

stay positive something will turn up and you have plenty of time

Okay, I might be able to buy a bigger (freshwater) tank! 55 or 75...

55 Altogether, plus stand - $124 tank comes with everything

75gallon Tank + stand is $220, but it doesn't come with a filter or hood, that may be hard to find AND expensive...

Need some more advice.... sorry.

Sorry, no ads, just prices I saw in various stores.

Anyway, we decided on a tank, and only a 55 was in my budget. But I will be getting it tomorrow morning, 99% sure. I would get the 75 but with the filter and such it is out of my budget.

you should do what bettaboy said find a local club and post an ad on thier site,try googling your states aquarium clubs like brooklyn aquarium society post an add their or ask for help finding a tank that is right for you and your budget most people on those type of sites are very helpfull as well and they will be local or at least closer to you.
