Hi, doing a water change tonight i noticed tadpole like things swimming about, baby fish or something from the plants?

Possibly baby fish. What types of fish do you have in your tank?

6 danios 2 mollys 3 scissor tails.....should of taken a pic when water was low, will they survive?.

Probably the mollies; they are rather prolific breeders.

How long have you had the fish? Do you know whether you have a male and a female molly? If you have both it's likely you will have many more in the future so it's up to you whether to save them. If they're a recent(ish) purchase it's possible the female was already pregnant when you got her and you may or may not get more.

was thinking it was a molly, had something hanging from it for a while, i thought it was poo, only had the mollys for a fortnight so must of been pregnant before hand...will they survive? what will they eat?

Depends how heavily planted your tank is. If it's heavily planted and they can hide it's possible some will survive, but your other fish will likely eat them if they find them.
