can white spot dissapere with out medication as my mollie who is in the quarentean tank seems to be lossing the dessiess

But why not treat with meds, yes rasing the temp will speed up the life cycle and kill ich but this leads to increased stress on the fish and like Shelagh said you will need to increase aireation in the tank as warmer water hold less O2 than cold water.

it wont stand a chance with no host but that hardly practical.

I'm led to believe that higher temps over 86'F will kill "ich" without meds, It will spped up the life cycle of the parasite but the disease will get worse before it gets better and it may well over stress the fish. Higher temperature also means reduced oxygen levels so make sure you provide heavy surface aggitation to allow for gas exchange.
Try a little salt with the molly.

Another point is that sometimes white spot may seem to disappear when it's really just dropped off and is really hatching out billions more little critters which won't be seen until they attach themselves to the fish...
If a fish in quarantine has white spot, best bet is to treat immediately, before the poor fish becomes covered - this being the point of quarantine, to discover and cure any ailments prior to risking the fish in its intended tank.

Edited as I'm evidently spelling-deprived...
