Hincan i keep brine shrimp in small tank with an airstine and feed the. To my fish wenever but will the shrimp survive for how long

brine shrimp lose most of there nutritional value after 24 hours, so unless you are going to hatch new brine shrimp before you feed them to your fish there is really no point of doing it, and plus youll need to aerate it, feed the shrimp, clean out dead ones, provide clean saltwater keep it warm, and provide a light source

But as mentioned above no point unless you just want a tank of them
God imagin a 30 gal tank full of brines lol

You can hatch and raise Artemia to adulthood but it does take a little work.
If you are prepared to put the time and effort in then yes.
A much more viable proposition is Branchinella thailandensis or Thai Fairy Shrimp.(cysts available on the internet)
They hold much more of a nutritional value than Artemia
