Can This Go Into A Tank

hi i was wondering if limestone could go into a tank that will house a betta and 7 neon tetras

and the tank is cycled and it is 10 gallons

i think that limestone dissolves slowly and can effect ph and water hardness. i am not an expert in this though so hopefully someone else can confirm if i am correct?? you could google it.....

okay i know that it dissolves over time but i thought it would be cool just to have it for a while

I wouldn't. I know farmed neons are more tolerant than wild ones would be, that's asking a bit much of them.
