Can someone ID this plant?

I’ve bought this some time ago and can’t remember what it’s called.
It’s basically now just sitting in top of the substrate with the roots sticking upwards. Will this be ok?
Growth wise it’s doing ok, but not as good as it’s neighbour in the second picture.
Does this plant requires lots of light?

It looks like one of the Echinodorus. ( Amazon Sword Plants )

Thanks. Think the other plant is also an Amazon Sword but the leaf looks different. Will it be ok for the roots to be exposed or do I have to bury them?
Apologies not really good with plants ...
