Can the following fit into a 55 gallon tank?
2/P angel fish
6 hatchet fish
6cory / 1 big plec
2/P blure rams
2/P gold rams
6 glowlight tetra
6 silver tip tetra
2 dwft gourami
2 rainbows
4/2P platys
2/P swordtail

edit: #/#=#or#
#/P=trying for a pair

Then how about:
2/P angel fish
6 hatchet fish
6cory / 1 big plec
2/P blure rams
6 glowlight tetra
6 silver tip tetra
4 rainbows

Research your fish and find out how big they get. Then add all the inches up and try to stick around 55 inches. For example, blue rams get to about 3 inches. 2 pairs of blue rams gives you 12 inches. That's the inch per gallon rule.

2 pair of angel fish = 24 inches
2 pair of blue rams = 12 inches
6 cories = 12 inches
1 common plec = 12 inches
6 hatchet fish = 15 inches
6 glowlight tetras = 9 inches
6 silver tip tetras = 12 inches
"4 rainbows" is not specific enough. there are multiple types of rainbow fish.

That's 96 inches in a 55 gallon (not counting the "rainbows" that you mentioned). That's terribly overstocked.

Phillip, what made you say that it "should be good"? Please don't give the go ahead on something if you're not really sure that it's correct.

Just saw that "2/P" means 1 pair. Ok, my maths needs to be redone if "2/P" means only one pair...

Still 78 inches in a 55 gallon tank.

Yes, even if it's only one pair, you are overstocked, and you must reduce the number even further because the Rams and Angels will be territorial.

Most likely none of your cichlids will be pairs (or you should hope for that) because they will terrorize everyone and drive them into half the tank, wanting the other half for themselves.

As well, angels will be best in small groups (like Discus) and some rainbows can grow to 6".
