Can I Keep Just One Angel?

To be honest my fish is a bit of an egocentric food monster, i had four initially and only kept her but after that and me (in ignorance) keeping her with a black shark for a week, she's extremely feisty.
Don't know how big hatchet fish get, the ones in my LFS are only 1" or so and i guarantee you she'd obliterate them. She couldn't eat one but she'd chase and nip non-stop. My angel can be extremely fast darting at food but she doesn't have the stamina/inclination for long chases.
Anyway i'd rather have your experience over my assumptions, keep us informed on the angels progress
Ps. My minnows jump sometimes when i have my hand in the tank. You ever experienced that?

Silver hatchets get to around 3" so would be safe, although how big is your tank?

Never had a minnow jump out the tank though, you must have pretty sensitive fish .
