Ive seen a perch at my local and i think he would go good with my oscar, it just depends if they can go. My oscar is harmless, peaceful and is very friendly. Please reply by atleast by 2 tomorrow if you can.
THANK YOU!!!!!

What sort of perch?
Most perch can be quite aggressive and some species will kill an Oscar.

What other fishes are in your tank?

How big is your tank?

What is the pH, GH and KH of your water?

It would be a big risk low return deal, depending on what a perch is. There are a lot of different species called by that name. My local yellow perch (Perca flavescens) would be a terrible tankmate, unless you have an enormous tank.

Your Oscar is a predator. That has nothing to do with how easy going he is.

Perch are also predators, with enough umpff to be considered a sport fish for fishing. I fear it might be a toss up who would lose in the end the Oscar or the Perch.
