Can I Keep 2 Otos In A 28L?

Hi ,i`ve got a 28l with a male betta ,5 neon tetras and and 2 ghost shrimp in ,could i also put in 2 otos,?

otos should be kept in groups - so 6+ is recommended. Don't think that would work in a 28L though.

I think they do better in larger groups Maisy. And they prefer an established tank with a fair bit of algae for them to feed on i believe.

otos like to be n groups of six plus so i dont think you can have them, and i think you are at stocking capacity for a 7 gallon tank how many fish you have right there is enough
