Well you are cycled but I personally would continue adding and processing ammonia for at least 3-4 more days and if you get zero/zero everytime then it's fish time.
Contary to what Matty P said, Quote: "Yup Have fun stocking and remember to stock slowly" you should add most of your intended stock in one go so your your bacteria is well fed. If you only add a few fish then your amount of bacteria will reduce to a level just enough to cope with the waste produced by that amount of fish.
Very Important Don't forget to do a massive/total water change just before adding your stock (waiting for temp to level again) to get rid of the nitrAte.
