Can I Feed My Fish Live Black Worms All The Time?

i have been feeding my african cichlids live black worms for over 2 weeks straight now and i have seen no ill effects, can i feed them live black worms everyday?

I think it would take longer than two weeks to see any effects from feeding them a bad diet...

Even meaty food like shrimp (that is ok) shouldn't be given to them everyday !!
