Fish Crazy
So while I was just browsing the fish store I found a bolivian ram that was the best specimen I have ever seen!!!! The best fins and it was even better looking and more colorful than the blue rams.
I got the store to put a hold on him for me because I have a few problems:
1) My 10g tank already has 4 cardinals and 3 cherry barbs (all are fairly young, all = or less than 1inch/2.5cm) overstocked
2) I have an aquaclear hob filter (says it can take 20g tanks) on the 10g
3) I have a 20g long that I plan on having 2 bolivian rams in, and some cardinals and harlequins in
4) I am planning on getting an emperor 280 (lots of filtration) for my 20g long
My problem is that I am going to plant my 20g long and I haven't bought the eco complete, light, emperor, or plants yet, but I do know what I am getting (just have to convince the parents on spending about $150). Could I put the male bolivian ram (fine "specimen".....) in the 10g for up to 3 weeks while I prepare my 20g long? I may even get a picture for you guys if you need convincing. The ram is still very young (about 1.5 in./ 4cm).
