my betta has constipation, tryed with boiled pea but doesnt wants to eat it,so i thought mabye human laxatives tea or tablets can work??? need serios opinion (doses???) dont want to lose him. thanks

Sometimes fish don't eat the peas the first time.
Did you boil them for a few minutes, pop out of shell and mush into small peices.

You can add a drop of cod liver oil to the mouth but you can't feed the fish for two days after this treatment.

i did everithing right, but still he doesnt wants to eat the pea, i will true with the liver oil. anything else, anyone please

I've never done it myself but i really wouldnt use a human laxative on a fish our bodies are completely different and it could have some very unpleasant consequences try the cod liver oil and keep trying with the pea.

Bettas are fussy eaters but if you do a starve for a day or two they are more likely to eat it. Starving does the fish no harm and it is only what would happen in the wild.

Constipation is usually due to overeating.
