I have decide to feed my guppies in the future new life spectrum sinking pellets because it is very nutritional, however I can't find the flake version of this brand at petco or pet smart, so can I just feed my guppies sinking pellets even though they prefer their food up top??? Also I am also planning to feed them hikari frozen brine shrimp, are there anything left neccessary for guppies or two of these is enough?

Keep it to one thread.

Yes, they will eat the sinking pellets. As I stated before I fed all the fish at the shop I was running nothing but NLS, including guppies and every other surface feeder. It is not an issue. They will learn very fast where the food is.

In addition, if you gently drop the pellets on the surface they will float for a little while before sinking, at least some of them.

Sorry, I wasn't reading ur post very carefully so again sorry, now I can be confident spending my money on quality fish food that deserve to be spent on!
