id like to keep bolivian rams and euro rams can they mix?

In a 400 liter tank no problem, only issue is that the euro rams need a higher temperature than most rams do so just be careful of that.

What are your other plans for this tank, you have so so so many options with this tank so I would really advise you do two things. One take it slow and think about it and two go have a look at red necked severums

Yeah you can, just make sure you maintain the water temperature at 28-29oC and that the Gh is between 0-12 and the PH 5-6.6
