can anyone identify these for me pls

i would say my tetras are fairly large in terms of tetra sizes, but still only a few cm's at that. as i said before they dont seem to be particularly boistrous and are getting on fine with everything. are they likely to outgrow my tak then?
 
They belong to the Hemichromis family but havent yet been properly classified by
the International Commission of Zoological Nomenclature and given a proper name hence the sp. at the end. Once they go through all the rigmarol of DNA testing etc, they will eventually derive a name for them. In the mean time.........
 
I would think the opposite...lottts o' fish out there...so they may find fish that meets the spec's for a particular fish (whatever the scientists go by; teeth, fin rays, w/e), but somehow isn't quite the fish originally id'd. For instance, yours w/ no spots?
