I apologise if this is in the incorrect forum, i was wondering if you could give me more info about the fish named below, i cant find anything online.
I need to know, what preffered water conditions they like, temperament, average size, whether they can be kept in groups?

*Temeprament towards fish of the SAME species.

So, Basically..You have here cichlids from Lake Malawi, Tananyika and a Central American Cichlid.

It is generally a bad idea to mix species from different regions like above. And after looking at the fish you have in your profile -

1 x Ruby Shark
1 x Silver Shark
5 x Neon Tetras
2 x Male Guppys
1 x Female Guppy
1 x Plec
1 x Clown Loach

The only fish I can see there that MAY be ok with cichlids are the Sharks, Loach and Plec. So if you were thinking of mixing these cichlids with the fish you have, I would advise against this. I would also advise against mixing the cichlids you have asked about together aswell. Thats just my opinion though.

Hope that helps!

Thank you for the quick response, i dont have those fish named in my profile anymore, i still have the leopard frog plec but that is all.
I've been looking at these fish on ebay, but was unable to find much information myself, I want to do my research before buying something i cant handle. I appreciate your help :)

Thats all i needed to know thank you so much for your advice
I wont be mixing species, although i would like to keep them in a group, as you can only buy them in groups of 4.

The Cynotilapia afra (Mbenji) really is striking though isnt it? I think i may be inclined to buy some of those.
