Can Anyone Give Advice Please

my severum who has always been very friendly has suddenly become nervous and has moments of darting all over the tank..she also has a red like blood blister on her tail fin which sometimes looks streaky..she is eating normally but her personality has changed. I would be grateful if anyone has any advice for me thankyou

With the fish also darting around need to look at your water stats in ammonia,nitrite,nitrate,and ph.
How many gallons or litres is the tank.
How many fish and which type.

hi, thankyou again for your help my tank is 180 litres, it holds a severum. a krib, a bristlenose cat fish and 6 tiger barbs
I checked my water today my readings are,
GH 180= 10dgh
kh 40= 2.2
ph= 6.2
nitrate= 80
nitrite=0
i am using api test strips for first time as i usually use tetra test and find it a bit more confusing, but it looks like my water is not right,what do you think i should do, thanks again for your help

Do you have an ammonia reading? Also test strips are often noted by some to be inaccurate. I would consider doing a water change. How often do you do water changes?

as this tank is only 4 months old i have been doing water changes every week,how much water change should i do and how often

About 20% to 30% water change is good. Depends on how much waste your fish produce. The links on this site and most people will say that once a week is good to do.
