Are anglfish killers?
I can't figure out what's going on in my livebearers tank. Until recently I had a healthy happy community with rarely any deaths. 2 weeks ago I was forced to take in an angelfish from a filthy tank which may have been diseased as its forner tankmates had finrot and were very poorly.I put the angel in my livebearers tank and found it dead the next morning. Two days later I added 2 more angels, healthy ones from a clean tank. Since then I've lost a platy, guppy a few days later and a molly today. 3 livebearer deaths in less than 2 weeks is more fatalities than I've had in the previous 5 months. All fish seem healthy and active and eating well as usual. Dead fish showed no sign of any disease.
1. Could the sick angel that died have somehow infected all my other fish with some mystery disease that is slowly killing them off OR
2. Are the 2 new angels which are much bigger than guppies and young mollies killing all my other fish

i know they're not exactly fans of guppies, so i wouldn't be surprised if they're attacking them. not sure about the others.

I had 4 angels died after 2 hour as my guppies and platys killed them.

I think angelfish do have a bit of a bad temper, so it wouldn't surprise me.

I've got 3 angels with platy's at the moment.
The largest angel is a bit of a bully but hasn't seriously attacked them in the 6-8 months they've been together.
I don't think that angels would be a serious threat to either platy's or mollies unless it was a seriously nasty angel or the platy's and mollies were extremely young.
The guppies on the other hand I can easily believe an angel would attack. They'll go for anything about that size with a vengence I'm afraid.
You would probably see some signs of violence on the dead fish though if the angels had caused it I would think.
