Hello, Ive been using a Red Sea co2 regulator, solenoid, and needle valve for about 1 year now. Recently after taking in my co2 tank for a fill up, my co2 regulator seems to have stopped working, It appears as though the adjustable "working" co2 pressure control does not work. For example, when I move the control to let out as little co2 as possible the pressure keeps rising until the co2 lines blow up. I do know that there is a "-" and a "+" to control the pressure.

When I disconnected my co2 tank for a refill it is possible that water ran out of the tank and into the regulator.

I have had fans running on the regulator for 3 days now, hoping it might dry out and start working again, no luck.

Can you offer any tips or solutions to my problem?

Welcome to the forum Stangs.
I can't be much help with a wet regulator since I have not experienced that. Perhaps one of the plant people can help. I will move this to the plant section so they will see it.

You may just want to email Red Sea and ask them. I don't know how these regulators are built but if it were like a normal 2 stage gas regulator I would say it sounds like either the adjuster spring has gotten lazy or the diaphram needs to be replaced. Again, your best bet might be to speak with someone knowledgable more about that regulator.
