The bottom list is the actual recipe - the top list is the elements that recipe will give to the tank per dose.

You can't (easily) dose Nitrogen, so we dose nitrates in the form of Potassium Nitrate. Phosphorous comes from monopotassium Phospate etc....

Thanks for clearing that up. Does anyone have any recommendations on good products that they've bought, where from n at a reasonable price?
