About to set up my new Rio 180l and wanted to know a decent place to get plants/decor?

I've no idea about which I want (preferably lowish maintenance etc), but all my local LFS's have a pretty poor plant selection.

Thanks

:)

Where are you located?

I just bought some plants from a site called Sweet Aquatics. Very happy w/ the plants I recieved and the prices aren't too shabby. Plus they have a very big selection of plants and offer quite a few of them either potted or bare root.. which I was thrilled about b/c I hate that potting crap that you have to get off of the roots lol.

I get mine from Java Plants. Great selection and prices... ordered from them several times and I've never had anything but high quality plants arrive.

Ive ordered from then twice and never had anything full stop...

First time i gave up and got a refund, now im still waiting. They seem quite slow with the whole delivery thing...

 Oh dear! I've found they generally take just over a week to arrive depending on the day you order it. They fax their orders to the growers in Singapore every Thursday I think, who then send it on to the UK. So that's why they take a while to arrive, but I've never had anything not arrive before!

I've used Aqua Essentials twice now and my plants have arrived next day. Same when I ordered EasyCarbo. That's how to keep customers.

i have used plants alive, they are very good value and package very well.

Another vote for Aqua Essentials. There's also a shop on eBay,Last Trading Post, which is fantastic,I've bought off them a few times,or on the high street,Pets At Home sell tropica plants fairly cheaply, widely regarded to be about the best plants available.

Again, where are you Le Sorcier? Kind of influences how we'll answer.
